SHIPPING RATE BY PRICE
Due to Convert 19 and other shipping conditions, we are concerned about the safety of those who handle and receive deliveries from us.  We take extra care to protect the packages that need to be shipped from us to you.  Our shipping and handling rates and the process has changed because of public health safety issues.  Starting as of Sunday, June 28, 2020, our current shipping and handling rates are as indicated in the table below.  We ship via USPS unless otherwise directed by the customer.

Returns

RETURNS 

We here at Linda's Headbands & Accessories thank you for shopping with us, we strive to give you the best product and service we can provide.  However, no matter how we attempt to get right, sometimes things go wrong.  We are here to make it right and satisfy your order.  

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.  You can return your product for online store credit of the value of the product or a different product, or a full refund of the original payment with the receipt minus shipping fees because the shipping facility has provided a paid service.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions. 

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Miscellaneous one-of-a-kind items can only be exchanged for another Miscellaneous one-of-a-kind item.  NO REFUNDS

  • Discounted or clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have original tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or usage or damage by the buyer – the items cannot be refunded or exchanged

  • Due to Covert 19 (the Coronavirus) and for hygiene concerns, we cannot accept any item(s) that has been worn or handled outside the original packaging.   

If you purchased an item(s) and need to return it, ship the return back to us 

Please note:  the buyer (You) are responsible for the cost of shipping the return  

within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in with your User Account (you must create an account to complete a return or exchange).

  2. Go to our online return portal using your email address and order/receipt ID

  3. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  4. Send the item(s) you desire to back to us at your expense 

  5. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive your returned item(s)

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request.  Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

EXCHANGES

Item exchanges are, of course, subject to product availability.  We will happily exchange your item for the one desired.  See product availability by viewing the product on the website to see if the item is in stock.  Check in-stock availability at https://www.lindasheadbands.com/shop. 

Items that are NOT eligible for exchange include, but not limited to:

  • one-of-a-kind items

  • Clearance items

  • discontinued items 

  • damage items

Initiate your exchange at our online return portal

  • Go to the online return portal

  • Fill out the form "INITIATE A RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE" (Provide complete information to speed up the return process.

We will immediately begin the refund or exchange process as soon as we receive the request.  Please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete the refund or exchange.
