If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We are concerned about the safety of those who handle and receive deliveries from us. We take extra care to protect the packages that need to be shipped from us to you. Our shipping and handling rates and the process has changed because of public health safety issues. Starting as of Sunday, June 28, 2020, our current shipping and handling rates are as indicated in the table below. We ship via USPS unless otherwise directed by the customer.

You Agree: There may or may not be an additional shipping cost to you, depending on the shipping situation of your purchase and return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You have “14” calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns, however, MUST be accompanied by
the purchased receipt/order number as proof of purchase

Original Artwork (Drawings & Paintings)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Original artwork if damaged by you is NOT refundable. Original artwork is NOT refundable but may be exchanged for an equal or higher value drawing or painting. In some cases depending on the situation, if your return/refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) after we receive the returned art.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. in all cases, shipping costs are nonrefundable. In certain situations, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
