THE PURCHASE OF DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

Thank you for shopping with us.  ALL our digital products are currently delivered by Internet download only.  Buyers will receive links to download their Digital products on the Thank You page of the Product Checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days.  Use this link to download your purchase before the 30 days expires, or your download may close and you will lose your purchase price.   Download your product and save it to your device.  Make a copy of it and use it for the reason the download is necessary.   Depending on the type of payment some digital downloads orders purchased shall receive an email download link at the completion of processing the payment.  This may take 1 hour, or as long as 24 hours.   Once have processed the order, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.   The email will be your electronic purchase receipt and contain the download like for your digital download product(s).  Buyers will receive links to download their digital products on the Thank You page of the Checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days.

Refund Policy

We assure you we stand behind our digital products that can be downloaded, and your complete satisfaction with them is essential to us.  If you want to change your digital download, and you have NOT downloaded your purchased file yet, then we can/will refund the full purchase price of the digital download.  This is good for 48 hours if you have not used the original download link. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download servers, we respectfully cannot offer or issue any refunds once the link has been used.

Refund Requests

ALL Refund Requests must be initiated through email at artistdennisleebrown@gmail.com.  Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product(s) are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.  Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Art Students Requesting Refunds

​

Registered students who cancel an art tutoring session, art class, or art course are not entitled to a "Registration Fee" refund.  The registration fee is used during the registration process and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.  Read the entire refund policy at Class/Session Cancellation.
